datacpr CRM system supports Millbrook Family loyalty scheme

Across three garden centres, Crowborough, Gravesend and Millbrook Highgrove, the Millbrook Family reward card was launched on 25th February 2013 with datacpr providing the CRM system and technical back up for the bespoke customer loyalty scheme.

Customers can join the Millbrook Family by filling in a short application form online or in-store to receive a range of benefits and offers designed to spoil and delight them. The CRM system allows the efficient and accurate datacapture of customer information and, fully integrated with the garden centres’ EPOS system, tracks member shopping behaviour allowing the marketing team to monitor the success of campaigns and rewards.
